Return of goods

Sometimes it does not turn out quite as you have imagined. Whatever the reason, we of course want to make return handling easier for you.

If there is an error with an item you have received, we want you within a reasonable time after you discovered the error, to call us on +46 (0)31-870900 or send an e-mail to info@busck.se.

In order for a return or complaint to go as quickly and smoothly as possible, there are a few things to keep in mind. Please read the information below before sending your return to us. Keep in mind that we do not accept any costs for return shipping without this first being agreed. Contact your seller or our office for questions.
