From car batteries to frequency inverters

1923
Busck is founded by Ingo Busck. Car batteries are the main product group.

1928
Gösta Ullman becomes Ingos companion. Gösta Ullman’s grandson is currently the owner of Busck & Co AB.

1955
We switch from selling car batteries to electric motors.

1987
Busck gets the agency for Brook Crompton.

The 80´s
The product range is expanded with alternators from Mecc Alte.

2003
Busck is now a sole representative of Brook Crompton in Sweden. The subsidiary Busck & Co ApS is started in Denmark.

2005
Busck begins selling an electric motor under the brand Busck. The subsidiary Busck AS is started in Norway.

2006
We start stocking and sell Busck worm gear. The head office and warehouse moves to new premises in KĂĄllered, south of Gothenburg.

2007
Rexnord-Stephan gear motors, today Premium Stephan, are now included in the assortment.

2008
The product range is further expanded with frequency inverters and motor sleds and slide rails.

2009
Busck’s own gears are now available in the assortment.

2010
We grow physically and expand with 650 square meters high storage.

2016
We expand our range of Danfoss frequency inverters, a world leader in frequency inverters.
